Returns and Exchange Period: Customers are entitled to a hassle-free returns and exchange policy for a duration of 7 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, a further 5-7 days are provided for the returned product(s) to reach Kesta Creation.
Reverse Pick-Up Services: Kesta Creation offers reverse pick-up services. However, if the courier company fails to pick up the shipment after two attempts, customers are required to self-ship the return to the following address:

Reverse Shipment Fee: A nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items within that order. This deduction will apply only once per order, not per individual item.
Refund and Exchange Processing:
- For prepaid orders/online payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return and will be credited to the customer's bank account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup.
Condition of Returned Products: Customers are required to return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or if they have been clearly worn.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Hygiene Standards: To maintain strict hygiene standards, Kesta Creation does not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, masks, and perfumes.
Self-Shipping of Returns: In cases where the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, customers must courier the product(s) to the provided warehouse address. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), along with an additional amount of INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges).

Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
Refunds for Free Product Deals: Orders made during promotional sales such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free are not eligible for returns.
Terms and Conditions: Customers are obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. Any discrepancies with the received products must be reported within 1 day of receiving them. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the confirmation of entitlement.
